We offer Emergency Support Officers (ESOs) whose passion for rescue is consumate to their technical ability and they have been selected based on their proven operational capacity. 

 Accompanying our ESO services we offer consulting in both Risk and Emergency Management and can provide detailed audits and assessments regarding operational readiness for emergencies including your company's ability to respond to likely medical events and workplace injuries.  In addition, as part of our holistic approach we can look at safety more generally including the following services: 

• Regulatory Compliance & Incident Investigation
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety legislation, codes of practice, and standards (CMHSA 1999, AS/NZS 4801).
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend appropriate and practicable corrective actions.
• Prepare incident reports and provide expert advice on insurance claims and regulatory reporting requirements.

As part of our dedication to your business's emergency management capability we can aid in your site's Level 2 Mock emergency in order to complete the following requirements:   

• Safely test the facilities and strategies in place at a mine to manage emergency events in all circumstances.
• Test the competency of mineworkers in using those facilities and implementing the strategies.
• Enhance the confidence and ability of mineworkers to respond in an emergency.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Share the learning outcomes with industry.

We can either complete the planning and execution of the full mock emergency or support and coach your team through the process. In either option we can provide a full report as per your requirements. We offer a variety of scenarios including multi-casualty and are able to test all aspects of surface rescue technical skills, depending on your site's needs and goals. We can additionally provide a variety of desktop and small scale scenarios to test specific teams or skillsets.
